PROJECT:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will shift northbound I-75 traffic between Adams Street and the M-84 interchange to the southbound lanes. This traffic shift will occur in multiple phases through the day, and will stage the work zone to allow reconstruction of the northbound I-75 lanes. This work is part of an overall $22.9 million investment to reconstruct 1 mile of I-75 and I-675 through Saginaw County.

Traffic Restrictions:
Between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., multiple lane closures will occur to allow staging and temporary pavement markings for the work zone to take place. Drivers should expect delays during this time. Traffic impacts include closing the Adams Street ramp to northbound I-75. This work is weather dependent.

Following this new traffic configuration, the use of a moveable barrier wall will accommodate three open lanes of traffic in the peak direction of travel during weekends until the conclusion of the project in November.
