Honoree: Noel Smith. Formerly dedicated to PFC DeWayne T. Williams, USMC, 9/18/1949 - 9/18/1968, who was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor.

Hours of Operation: Port Huron Welcome Center at I-69 Capac - Effective 5/13/2012 - 9/15/2012, open 7 days a week, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.  For the remainder of the year it is open 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Open on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
