What are Maintenance Memos (MM) and who uses them?

Maintenance Memos provide information and guidance in performing maintenance activities on State trunklines to MDOT's Regions and TSCs as well as our county and municipal partners.

They are provided in accordance with the 'State Trunkline Maintenance Contract' between the County Road Commissions and MDOT.

This Maintenance Memo information replaces the Operations Maintenance Handbook, Volume 1 - Operations.
