Changing Inspection DateWhen a new BSIR/CSIR is saved for the first time, the Inspection Date becomes "locked" or uneditable. If the Inspection Date needs to be changed, please submit a request via e-mail to Rich Kathrens at email@example.com. The request should include the date currently saved in the system, the desired date to be changed to, and a reason for changing the date.
Please be advised that once the change is made, the new inspection date will appear on the report, but the originally saved inspection date will be archived for MDOT's records. If Rich Kathrens is unavailable, the request can be sent to Robert Kelley at firstname.lastname@example.org.
