Task Force C will focus on promoting institutional and public purchase and consumption of Michigan grown and processed foods.

Task Force C Recommendations:
1) Support Select Michigan Program
2) Increase purchase of Michigan-produced food by Michigan schools, otherwise known as Farm-to-School
3) Increase the Department of Corrections' Michigan food purchases
4) Provide and improve support for Farmers Markets
