MINUTES

On Tuesday, December 21, 1999, the Michigan Gaming Control Board held a public meeting at the Board office in the Albert Kahn Building, 7430 Second Avenue, Suite 300, Detroit, Michigan.

In attendance were the following Board members:

Thomas Denomme, Chairman
Rich Davis
Judge Geraldine Bledsoe Ford
Judge Michael Stacey

Also attending were:

Inspector Dewayne Brantley
Eric Eggan
Nancy Horton
Patty James
Nelson Westrin

The meeting was called to order at approximately 4:00 p.m.

Mr. Denomme acknowledged the reappointment of Ritchie Davis and Paula Blanchard to four-year terms.

Mr. Denomme announced he would entertain a motion to move to closed session to review confidential information regarding the background investigation of casino license applicants. It was moved by Judge Stacy

and seconded by Judge Ford.

Ms. James called for a roll call vote on the motion to go into closed session:

Mr. Denomme: Aye.
Mr. Davis: Aye.
Judge Ford: Aye.
Judge Stacey: Aye.

Motion approved.

Mr. Dennome opened the floor to public comment. There was none.

The meeting adjourned at 4:10 p.m., and the Board moved to closed session.
