Financial, Operational and Tax Information
The Act requires the MGCB to produce a Report for the calendar year, and present it to the Governor (and to the chairpersons of the Gaming & Casino Oversight Committees in both the Michigan Senate and Michigan House of Representatives) on or before April 15 of the subsequent year.
