FAQ
  Vendor Exemptions
How do I apply for a vendor exemption number?

Answer:
  1. After you and a casino licensee reach an agreement to conduct business, the casino licensee will show you how to complete the MGCB's Nongaming Vendor Exemption Application or the Nongaming Vendor Exemption Application Short Form (each casino licensee has its own particular process for completing the form).

2.      Complete the form and return it to the casino licensee. The completed form must be submitted to the MGCB by the casino licensee, not by the vendor.

3.      Once a vendor exemption number has been issued, the vendor exemption number will be posted on the Vendor Exemption, Exemption, Supplier List on the MGCB website and the MGCB will notify the vendor via written correspondence.

4.  The MGCB will then begin monitoring the vendor's total sales of goods or services to the casino licensee
