FAQ
  Disassociated Persons List
What if I violate my pledge not to visit a Detroit casino?

Answer:

If you voluntarily participate in the Disassociated Persons program, and are observed on the premises of a Detroit commercial casino, you will be charged with criminal trespassing, and will be immediately removed from the casino premises.

Criminal trespassing is punishable by imprisonment for not more than one year, a fine of not more than $1,000, or both. Additionally, if you win any money, your winnings will be confiscated by the MGCB, and deposited into the State of Michigan Compulsive Gaming Prevention Fund.
