MGCB is opening its doors for business 24/7 with the implementation of the new Online Non-gaming Vendor Exemption Renewal application using the Michigan Business One Stop Application Portal located at www.michigan.gov/business. If you've received a Non-gaming Vendor Exemption Renewal letter directing you to use One Stop to renew your application, you will be able to complete the renewal transaction online using One Stop. One Stop is a secure Michigan.gov portal designed to streamline business interactions with state government and now provides you with the ability to complete Non-gaming Vendor Exemption Renewal applications online.
Customer Assistance Center is available at 877-766-1779 to handle usage questions during business hours (Monday thru Friday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.). Outside of these hours, you may Email questions using the Business One Stop Email form and you will receive a response by the end of the next business day.
