Reporting your illness, either through ReportFoodPoisoning.com or directly to your health department, allows your health department to identify outbreaks and prevent others from becoming sick. Report Food Poisoning is a collaboration between the Michigan Department of Community Health, the Michigan Department of Agriculture, Michigan State University and the National Food Poisoning and Toxicology Center.
