Revenue Dedicated Debt - Revenue To Debt Service Ratio

Why it Matters: Revenue dedicated debt has specific revenue streams that are dedicated to paying the annual debt service. This chart shows that the ratio of dedicated revenues to the annual debt service amount has generally declined over the past ten years, but remains sufficient to cover the debt service.
