| 10:00 AM: I spend the rest of the morning monitoring fish growth, making adjustments to the feeding to be sure the fish are getting enough but not too much food, cleaning up the equipment and writing down information on each individual rearing tank on what are called "data sheets". This written record will help us know what works best and what does not when raising fish. |
