A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Joseph Charles White

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 11, 2014, to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Joseph Charles White. It will be held at 9:30 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.

Joseph Charles White was sentenced to a term of two (2) years probation, fines/costs/restitution of $1,400 for the crime of Dead Bodies-Disinterment & Mutilation, to a term of two (2) years probation, fines/costs/restitution of $1,400 for the crime of Malicious Destruction-Tombs/Memorials, and to a term of two (2) years probation, fines/costs/restitution of $1,500 for the crime of Malicious Destruction-Tombs/Memorials. He was sentenced on November 25, 1992 from Ingham County.

Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.

This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
