Resurfacing 12 miles of US-131 starts Monday in Mecosta County

PROJECT DETAILS:
Northbound and southbound US-131 will be resurfaced from the Montcalm/Mecosta county line to 6 Mile Road. Work also includes guardrail upgrades, bridge deck patching and approach work on US-131 over 6 Mile Road, and carpool lot resurfacing at US-131 and Jefferson Road.

TRAFFIC IMPACT:
Single-lane closures will be used to maintain traffic. All northbound lanes will be open on Fridays from noon to midnight, and all southbound lanes will be open on Sundays from noon to midnight.
