MPSC Updates Guidelines for Documents Filed Electronically at the Commission

May 13, 2014 - The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today formally adopted updated guidelines applicable to documents filed electronically to the Commissions e-dockets website.
The MPSC on March 18 issued a notice of a proposed guideline designed to address certain issues related to electronic filings.
The guidelines cover privacy, volume, copyright, inappropriate language and removal of posted information.
The updated guidelines go into effect on June 1.
The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
