Immunization Records

To keep track of your little Michigander’s immunization records, see the Michigan Childhood Immunization Registry (MCIR). MCIR provides a complete history of your child’s immunizations (for children born after 1994), can send you helpful reminder postcards for overdue shots, and provide printed shot records you can use for daycare, school or camp registration.
