Children's Special Care Services

The Department of Community Health's Children’s Special Care Services (CSHCS) is a program that can provide assistance to children with certain medical conditions and their families. For more information call the Family Phone Line at 1-800-359-3722.

On-line resources are also available if you have a child with special needs such as a hereditary disorder. Or call toll free 1-866-852-1247 for more information.
