Collective Bargaining Agreements and Civil Service Rules & Regulations have provisions regarding a variety of paid and unpaid leaves, as well as guidelines for the scheduling of work. See Alternative Work Schedule Options for more information or contact your Human Resource Office.

The Guide to Collective Bargaining Agreement Provisions lists each type of leave and the provision number for the applicable bargaining agreement, including Non Exclusively Represented Employees (NERE).
