Mature Driver Workshops
Hope Network Rehabilitation Services, in partnership with the Traffic Improvement Association, the Ford Motor Company, and AAA of Michigan, is pleased to offer an innovative 3-day workshop that provides an opportunity to use your mature judgement and good driving habits to self-evaluate your driving skills and improve your driving strategies. The purpose of the workshops is to allow you to make your own decisions about your driving, based on what you learn. You will not be rated as a good driver, a poor driver, or anywhere in between. You will be taught the effects of aging on driving, compensation skills for diminished abilities, risk management, and defensive driving skills.
