I need to see a dentist but can't afford one.
 
Answer:
The Michigan Dental Association and the Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped launched the Michigan Donated Dental Services project. Dentists throughout the state volunteer to provide dental care at no charge to people who lack adequate income to pay for needed dental care.

You will need to download and complete the attached application, and mail it to the listed address.
