Service providers maintained in this database comprise entities that are governed by Michigan Office of Services to the Aging Operating Standards for Service Programs for which definitions and minimum standards have been approved and service providers must comply. These service providers are bound by contractual agreement between an Area Agency on Aging. There are other agencies that may or may not be included in this database that serve older adults and their caregivers in your area.

Preserving dignity and independence in later life--that's what these services are all about. And it is our job at the state level to be an important information link to programs and services available to Michigan's 1.6 million older citizens.

• Search for an Area Agency on Aging.  This search will allow you to search for the area agency on aging serving the county in which you reside.  You can link directly to programs and services nearest you or a loved one.
• Search by Service Type.  This search will allow you to search for a specific service you need from the list provided.
