ACT Option for Michigan Promise Scholarship Installment Payments
Governor Granholm recently signed into law Public Act 349 of 2008 which allows some eligible students in grade 12 to become eligible for installment payments of the Michigan Promise scholarship by taking the national ACT as an optional assessment after taking the complete Michigan Merit Exam (MME).
