Which Michigan scholarship and grant programs are "need-based"?

Michigan Competitive Scholarship (also requires a qualifying ACT score), Michigan Tuition Grant, GEAR UP Michigan! Scholarship. These programs require that students file a FAFSA and demonstrate financial need in addition to meeting other eligibility criteria.
