How do I qualify for the Tuition Incentive Program (TIP)?

There are several eligibility requirements, but the main financial eligibility requirement is that a student must have (or have had) Medicaid coverage for 24 months within a 36-consecutive-month period as identified by the Michigan Department of Human Services (DHS). Further details regarding eligibility requirements can be found on the TIP Fact Sheet.
