Presque Isle's green pricing program was approved by the Commission on January 29, 2008. Under the Green Choice green/renewable energy rider tariff, customers may choose to participate in the program for $1.75 per 100 kilowatt-hour (kWh) block, subject to a price cap of $2.50 per 100 kWh.

Presque Isle Electric & Gas Co-op is a purchaser of power from Wolverine Power Supply Cooperative, which has entered into a long-term power purchase agreement for renewable energy from Harvest Wind Farm, LLC.
