MPSC Seeks Comments on Final Capacity Need Forum Report

The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today said it is seeking written comments on the MPSC staff’s final Capacity Need Forum report by March 1. 

 

In addition, the MPSC will conduct a public hearing at 9:30 a.m. on March 14 to provide an additional opportunity for commenting persons to make verbal presentations directly to the Commission.  The purpose of the hearing is to allow parties to summarize their positions, emphasize key points, provide suggestions on how to proceed with the recommendations stated in the report, and make themselves available for questions from Commissioners.

The Commission has selected this case for participation in its electronic filings

program.  For those individuals already participating in the electronic filings program should file as they normally would.  Other comments may be e-mailed to mpscefilecases@michigan.gov.  Written comments should be mailed to the Executive Secretary, Michigan Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 30221, Lansing, MI  48909.  All comments should reference Case No. U-14231 and must be received no later than 5 p.m. on March 1.  Comments received on this matter will become public information.
