The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today issued an order approving a settlement agreement that reconciles Xcel Energy's 2005 power supply cost recovery (PSCR) costs.

The utility had a net under-recovery of $655,277 in 2005. The company will roll that amount into its current 2006 PSCR plan costs.

The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Labor & Economic Growth.
