The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved a settlement agreement authorizing Wisconsin Public Service Corporation to reconcile its 2005 power supply costs.

The settlement agreement authorizes the utility to implement a surcharge of $0.00208 per kilowatt-hour on bills issued from January through December 2007 to collect $630,347 of an under-recovery.

The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Labor & Economic Growth.
