The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved a settlement agreement reconciling Michigan Consolidated Gas Company's 2006-2007 gas cost recovery (GCR) revenues and expenses.
The settlement found that the utility had a net under-recovery of $9,320,988. Under the agreement, that amount will be rolled into the company's 2007-2008 GCR reconciliation.
