The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today authorized Consumers Energy Company to charge a maximum power supply cost recovery (PSCR) factor of $0.02058 per kilowatt hour in 2008.

The utility filed an application with the MPSC on Sept. 28, 2007 requesting approval of its PSCR plan and factors.

The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Labor & Economic Growth.
