FAQ
  Commission Meetings
What happens at MPSC meetings?

Answer:

MPSC meetings are formal sessions where the Commissioners vote on issues and cases before them. A "Yes" vote by at least two of the three Commissioners is required to give effect to a decision. A formal decision is referred to as an order. MPSC orders have the full effect and force of law.
