There are no prior sign-up requirements to speak at a MPSC meeting. Any interested person wishing to speak may attend the meeting and participate by advising the Executive Secretary of his or her wish to comment. Persons with disabilities needing help to effectively participate should call the MPSC's Executive Secretary at 517-241-6160 or 800-292-9555 in advance of the meeting to request mobility, visual, hearing or other assistance.
