Below is a broad time frame of annual events. Please refer to documents mailed to you for specific deadlines.
Early February
 Metro Authority mails/e-mails True Up notifications to telecom providers
Mid March

 		True Ups due back to METRO Authority  (true ups may be completed and submitted electronically – click here for more details)
April 1

 		METRO Authority mails invoices to telecom providers
April 29

 		Telecom provider payments due (Sec. 8(2))
April 30

 		Deadline for annual reports - (required for municipalities with populations over 10,000) - (Sec. 10(5))  (annual reports may be completed and submitted electronically – click here for more details)
May 1
 		Deadline for providers who have paid their maintenance fees to apply for tax credit to the Telecommunications Division of the MPSC (PA 50, Sec. 13(b)(4))

Late May/
Early June
Metro Authority, via the Michigan Department of Treasury, mails payments to municipalities
April-March 30
 		Fiscal year for annual report from municipalities over 10,000 population
