Restrictions on Use of Metro Authority Database

Although the Metro Authority Database is able to accommodate individuals who are contacts for more than one telecom company that are the same type (ie, all ILECs, or all CLECs), unfortunately it cannot accommodate individuals who are contacts for more than one telecom company that are different types (ie, ILEC and CLEC, or ILEC and cable company). If this is your situation, you must complete your true up information for each of your companies on these downloadable forms and mail or fax them to the Metro Authority.
