Downtown Planning Program

MSHDA offers matching downtown economic development planning grants to communities, which are administered by MSHDA's Community Assistance Team (CATeam).

These grants are intended to help communities accomplish downtown-specific public planning activities.

The maximum grant amount shall not exceed $50,000 and must be matched with a local cash contribution equal to at least fifty percent.
