Homeless & Supportive Housing

There are a number of community agencies and resources established to assist those in need of housing and homelessness prevention. The Southeast Development Division (SMDD) will assist those in need and those offering to help access the following types of programs and others:

• Grants for organizations involved in Continuums of Care agencies
• Assistance for organizations to develop or expand housing for the homeless or those with special needs
