Homeownership
MSHDA has a Down Payment Assistance (DPA) program for low and moderate-income people with disabilities or families where a family member with a disability is residing in the household. Eligible families may receive up to $12,000 in DPA to cover pre-paid costs, closing costs, and down payment. |
