The Community Development Tools section has been developed to assist Nonprofits and Local Units of Governments by providing on-line access to the Housing Resource Fund Summary, Policy Bulletins, Environmental Review, CHDO Application, and Trainings & Workshops. This section will be updated frequently to ensure up-to-date, accurate information is provided.
• Rental Rehabilitation Model Documents Disclaimer: These draft documents were developed by MSHDA's Community Development Division, to incorporate CDBG and MSHDA Rental Rehabilitation policy into the document. However, a MSHDA Grantee should consult with their attorney and amend these documents as needed to insure that it is in compliance with any appropriate local, state, or federal laws applicable. Any amendments are subject to MSHDA CD review.
