HUD Occupancy Update - Preparing For the Management & Occupancy Review

Occupancy changes have become the norm.  Take this opportunity to discuss the latest changes including:

  • Policy changes driven by TRACS 202C
  • The Rent Refinement Final Rule (SSN, income and citizen eligibility changes)

Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HOME Funds
