Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Carryover Forms:
The forms in this section are intended for use with projects that have received an allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credit and are ready to submit their 10% Carryover Certification. If there are questions regarding the forms listed below, please contact Carol Thompson at (517) 335-7944.

The deadline for the 10% Certification is twelve months from the date of the Carryover.
