2011
	•	The final BTS III Summit Summary, generated from the Building Together Summit III, can be found on the 2013 QAP Development page of the MSHDA web site.
	•	The LIHTC Program has issued a Memo dated October 26, 2011 indicating the intention of the Authority to reinstate its prior practice of charging fees to projects that need additional time to meet project-specific deadlines, primarily the LIHTC Commitment deadline. The fee charged will be equal to 1% of the annual credit amount.
	•	Information on 2011 funding rounds is available on the 2011 Funding Round Information page.
	•	On Tuesday, August 30, 2011, MSHDA held an Information Hearing designed to take comments and recommendations for modification of the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for 2013. The Information Hearing Notice and comments received can be found on the August 2011 Information Hearing page.
	•	The 2012 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) was approved by the Governor on June 27, 2011. The approved documents can be found on the Qualified Allocation Plan page of the MSHDA web site.
2010

2009

2008
	•	The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has issued guidance on projects that have elected to fix their rate and would now like to receive the 9% rate pursuant to section 3002 of the Housing Assistance Tax Act of 2008. MSHDA has issued a memo regarding the clarification: November 17, 2008 MSHDA memo The complete notice can be found on the IRS web site.
	•	Information regarding 2008 funding rounds can be found on the 2008 Funding Round Information page.
	•	Updated information concerning the Modified Pass-Through Program (Modified Pass-Through Program Memo 08/11/2008) was issued by MSHDA on August 11, 2008.
