| Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Compliance Policies: |
| Following the approval of the 2008 Qualified Allocation Plan, the LIHTC Program policies involving compliance monitoring issues have been updated. The updated policies can be found on the LIHTC Policies Involving Compliance Issues page. |
| MSHDA is also in the process of updating the LIHTC Compliance Manual and policies to reflect the changes based on the enactment of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (H.R. 3221). |
