Current Utility Allowances:
•	Utility Allowances Effective June 2, 2009
	CLARIFICATION OF UTILITY ALLOWANCE CHANGES:
	*Ninety (90) Day Implementation Period*
	Per Treasury Regulation 1.42-10, the changes to the utility allowances must be implemented within ninety (90) days. The 90 day implementation period runs from June 2, 2009 through August 30, 2009. MSHDA will accept updates that are effective September 1, 2009, provided all changes have been implemented by August 30, 2009.
Past Utility Allowances:
•	April 2002 through December 2005
•	January 2006 through May 2008
•	June 2008 through May 2009
