The Office of Asset Management's Federal Contracts section partners with Michigan Multi-Family Asset Managers (MMAM) and EPS Inc. Our goal is to assure that contract administered project-based Section 8 properties continue to meet HUD’s goal of providing decent, safe and sanitary housing to low-income families.
