Effective October 1, 2011, the Michigan Multi-Family Asset Managers (MMAM) will be responsible for resident inquiries for HUD's project based Section 8 portfolio under the Performanced Based Contract Administration program.

Residents or staff with a resident related inquiry should contact MMAM to speak with a Resident Coordinator.
