How to Report Fraud |

To report fraud, waste, abuse or mismanagement in MSHDA or MSHDA programs contact Corina Pena Andorfer, Chief Compliance Officer 517 335-1346 or Marissa Reyes, Compliance Officer 517 373-8326 or send an email to MSHDA-compliance@michigan.gov and please provide a detailed description of the activity you wish to report, the names of the individuals and departments involved, dates and times of the incident, the location the incident occurred, and any additional information you feel is needed regarding the activity.
If the report of fraud, waste, abuse or mismanagement relates to the Housing Choice Voucher Program (formerly Section 8), please contact Chris Nielsen at 517 241-2996.
If you have knowledge or allegations of fraud, waste, abuse or mismanagement involving 1602 Funds, call the U.S. Treasury Fraud Hotline at 1-800-359-3898. Calls can be made anonymously and confidentially.
