Programs involving individual borrowers

We collect nonpublic personal information about our borrowers in order to provide loans or other financial services to them and to better tailor our services to them and other consumers.

Collection/Disclosure of Personal Information

We collect nonpublic personal information about our borrowers from the following sources:

  Information we receive on applications or other forms;
  Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency;
  Information from employers, landlords, if any, and banks or financial institutions and others;
  Information transactions with us, our affiliates or others.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Closing Statement

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide services to consumers. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard nonpublic personal information.
