MissionMission
The Office of Cultural Economic Development was established in 2005 by the Department of History, Arts and Libraries to facilitate the development and implementation of the Michigan Cultural Economic Development Strategy and to attract resources, programming and initiatives designed to leverage the state's creative talent and cultural assets to spur economic growth and build community prosperity.
