• Pick-Up Request Form
Please fill out the following "Pick Up Request Form" for ALL product "Returns" and/or "Exchanges". Once the form is completed, click on the "Submit" button. The MSI Distribution Center will contact you by e-mail or phone confirming your return information and arrange pickup when processed. Products to be returned and/or exchanged must be done within 90 days of receipt.
