| • Return Authorization Pickup Request Form  Please fill out the following "Return Authorization Pickup Request Form" for ALL product "Returns". Once the form is completed, "SAVE AS" and "Rename" the form. E-mail form to: MSI RETURNS INBOX.
MSI Distribution Center will contact you by e-mail or phone confirming your return information and arrange pickup when processed. Products to be returned MUST be done within 90 days of receipt.
